Please note that Horsedrawn Occasions are unable to refund any deposit monies taken, should Personal circumstances change, and all cancellations must be notified in writing 2 months prior to wedding date or full payment is liable.

In the event of a breakdown, Horsedrawn Occasions will not be held responsible, but will endeavour to make alternative transport arrangements for you.

The outstanding balance shall be paid no later than 10 days prior to your wedding date.

In the event of extreme weather conditions e.g. fork lightning extreme high winds, and severe icy conditions, we will have the right to not continue with the horses.

When hiring the horses they will only be expected to stand around for no longer than one and half hours, outside of you ceremony location, if you do require us to wait any longer their will be a charge at the end of the stipulated time @ £100.00 per hr before we continue to wait for any longer. If payment in cash is not received at the end of the stipulated time we resume the right to exit from the location.

There is a waiting time limit when we arrive to pick up the bride of 20 minutes.

There is no smoking allowed in the carriage, no feet on paint work, and there are no more than 4 people in the Barouche and Landau carriage and no more than 6 in the Cinderella coach at any one time.

Children can be taken on the carriages as long as they are accompanied by an adult and must be strictly supervised and remain seated at all times.
